Cancellation Policy

Booking Full Payment is required for booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will result in the payment being forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full session amount. Late Arrivals Session time begins at the scheduled booking time, not arrival time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time. If the client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the session may be canceled at the engineer’s discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited. Refund Policy All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for unused time or early session termination. Session Conduct Respect for studio equipment, staff, and other clients is required. Any damage caused to equipment or studio property may result in additional charges. Agreement By booking a session with Ari B Studios, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
