By booking a session with Ari B Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Studio Use & Conduct

Respect the studio, equipment, staff, and other clients at all times.

Any damage caused to studio equipment or property will be the financial responsibility of the client.

Ari B Studios reserves the right to end a session immediately due to disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior—without refund.
Guests
-
Each studio room has a maximum capacity.

Exceeding capacity or bringing unauthorized guests may result in session termination.

The client is responsible for all guests during the session.
Recording Files & Data

Clients are responsible for bringing storage (USB, hard drive, cloud access).

Ari B Studios is not responsible for lost or deleted files after session completion.

Session files may be deleted after 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
Engineer & Session Flow

Studio engineers control the technical workflow.

Requests outside the scope of the booked session (editing, mixing, mastering) may incur additional charges.

One free mix/master (if included with your room/package) applies only to that session and cannot be transferred.
Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Memberships, bundles, or promotional sessions are non-transferable.

Discounts or complimentary services cannot be exchanged for cash.
Media & Promotion

Ari B Studios reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes content for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Right to Refuse Service

Ari B Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: safety concerns, violation of policies, or inappropriate behavior.

Ari B Studios is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or damages incurred during sessions.
