Refund Policy

At Ari B Studios, we value your time and ours. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Payments

• All sessions require full payment to be paid before your service through our website.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled session.

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the payment.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the session cost.

Late Arrivals

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

• Late arrival does not extend your session time.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled without refund at the engineer’s discretion.

Refund Exceptions

• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with artistic results, sound preferences, or performance quality.

• Refunds will only be considered if the studio is unable to provide services due to technical failure or staff unavailability.
